The treatment begins with a gentle 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, followed by the application of nourishing oil and a 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 to ease stiffness, hydrate the skin and stimulate circulation which can especially help those who suffer with cold hands! Your hands are then wrapped in 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐬 allowing the oils to absorb and soothe aching joints and muscles, whilst a 𝐠𝐮𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 focuses on the face, neck, décolleté and shoulders to release muscle tension in these areas, reducing the appearance of fine lines and brightening dull sluggish skin. 

The gua sha tools used are smooth stones made from natural 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐳 or J𝐚𝐝𝐞.

A nurturing ritual, traditionally used in Chinese Medicine. A stainless steel Gua Sha tool is used to gently release tension in the facial muscles and restore the natural flow of energy. Smooth, flowing movements help ease stagnation, reduce puffiness, relieve tension in the facial muscles, and awaken your skin’s radiance. The perfect addition to any treatment, leaving your complexion brighter, balanced, and beautifully refreshed. 

Finely ground sea salt infused with essential oils of Jasmine and Ylang Ylang soothe the senses while the dull, dry skin cells are buffed away. Skin drenching moisturisers conclude the treatment leaving skin feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. 

The perfect treatment for those suffering with dry/dull skin or for a pre-tan prep! 

A treatment for dry, cracked feet and those in need of some relaxation. 

Your feet will be cleansed with warm mitts followed by hard skin removal, a foot and leg exfoliation to smooth and soften any areas of dry skin, followed by the application of a masque, cocooned in heated booties. 

As well as focusing on your feet, the treatment also includes the option of a hand and arm or a face, neck and scalp massage. Finishing with a tension releasing foot and lower leg massage.
