1. Appointments and Booking

Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend using our online booking system to schedule. Alternatively you can email beccaneave@hotmail.co.uk, text 07432 118409 or message us via our Instagram or Facebook page.

Confirmation: Appointments will be confirmed via email or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the salon to confirm your booking. 

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation of your appointment, and charges may still apply.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of  24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full appointment cost will be charged.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service Prices: Prices are subject to change. You will be informed of the current pricing at the time of booking. If we update our prices, a minimum of two weeks notice will be given and any appointments already booked will stay the same price.

Payment Methods: We accept payment by [credit/debit cards, cash & bank transfer. All payments must be made before leaving the salon after treatment has been carried out.

Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. It is left to the discretion of the client.

4. Parking

Please park in the free carpark across the road when attending appointments unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for any loss any damage.

5. Health and Safety

Health Information: Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or other health issues that may affect your service.

Salon Environment: We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our clients. We ask that you adhere to our health and safety guidelines while in the salon.

6. Salon Etiquette

Children: Please avoid bringing children to your appointment. If this cannot be avoided, for safety reasons, we ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times in the salon. This respects therapist and their working area so the treatment can be carried out safely and thoroughly. We are not responsible of others children including any damage or injuries caused. 

Mobile Phones: Please respect other clients by keeping your phone on silent or vibrate mode during your visit. 

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your visit.

7. Refunds and Complaints

Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Complaints: We welcome feedback and will address any complaints in a professional and timely manner.

8. Gift Vouchers

Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Liability

Limitation of Liability: The Secret Retreat will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by negligence on our part.

10. Privacy

Data Protection: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will only use your personal details to book, confirm, or notify you about your appointments.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated via our website or in the salon.

By booking or attending an appointment at The Secret Retreat, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
